Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. mynutrition.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by mynutrition.in and accept the website’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Returns Policy

Goods once sold will not be returned. However, incase the customer receives defective or damaged goods then the same can be returned along with the original invoice, within 15 days, for a replacement or refund. The product should be unused. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. No credit or refund will be issued without prior authorized approval from our customer care department. An approved credit or refund will not include shipping charges previously paid.

The arbitration shall be held in Delhi. The High Court of judicature at Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
