Twice a day with meals. This product helps me with joint pain, flexibility, mobility, and endurance!
I had a few falls a couple of years ago that hurt my knees badly, after which I was not able to walk for long periods of time without having to come home to ice and wrap my knees to help relieve the pain. It is amazing what this pill does for me. I feel stronger, and full of energy. I can walk and run for longer periods of time.

I know they work because I ran out of them for about a week, and already my body needed the support that they brought to me.

They help relieve the pain in my knee joints, but you start to feel it within two weeks of first starting to use the supplement.

The only cons that I see is that the supplements are in the form of a big pill, make sure you take them with a big glass of water or milk!

I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them until there is something better, but for now they do the trick and with no side effects. That is a great deal!

This product was perfect because of the price it's more pricey in any store I got a real bargain and i jump on it. The product works easing pain for sore joints so it was perfect for me and I gave the other bottle to my mother.

I have been taking this product since it arrived, but I have not felt any difference or anything. Price is a bit high, and so its advertising, and it has not proven it to me. As I wrote, not notice any change at all. Sorry, but I have followed its instructions, and NOTHING!

I bought this product after reading online reviews about brand vs generic. I must admit I was doubtful but brand works better than generic even though the boxes describe very similar formulations.
